What an appropriate name! It looks like a couple of kids looking over a crowd of adults at a parade (OK, I have an over-active imagination :-)).
Another really interesting aspect is the background. The sky and tree branches are a very nice complement to reds and yellows of the flowers. I also love how the flowers "above the crowd" capture the sunlight.
