I have an offbeat comment for this one.
Have you ever seen the musical/movie "Little Shop of Horrors?" It's a musical spoof on horror movies. The focus of the movie is a plant called Audrey II. The flower in this photograph reminds me of that plant :-)
On the serious side, I really love the composition. Whereas in the first photo, the flower points up in a traditional fashion, but you chose a bloom that curves down and around for this photo. It is really unusual, and re-enforces the compliment from the previous comment.
