Thierry, it's actually a small section of a new and a little defective leaf of a plant with long, strait, and kind of purplish leaves.
Because of its purplish tint you get very interesting color variations.
I'll try and post some of the other images I have of this plant.
Une plante? On dirait une nappe IDE (informatique) tombée dans un pot de peinture... qui aurait séché et vielli.
