Lately I've been having a pretty hard time writing the posts. When I am away from the computer I think of all the cool things I can tell you all about, but when I actually sit down to write the post none of it seems important anymore.
I took a little time off from work and the blog over the past weekend and went on a little vacation. I've brought back a few rolls of film and since I've been back I've been busy cutting and scanning them. :)
Today's image was taken on a seven mile hike in the Purisima Creek Redwoods. The hike is just gorgeous and reminded me a lot of the book by Upton Sinclair I've red as a child - The Gnomobile. :)
I also wanted to remind you that today is the last day to enter the Mega Giveaway at purplepinkandorange.com for a chance to win a 6x9 inch print of your choice from my shop. I believe the winner will be announced tomorrow. :)
Not sure how I skipped over this one, but it is wonderful! I think that you beautifully captured new growth poking out of the debris. I love the crispness of the leaves, and the background looks like it was airbrushed in. Wonderful!
